A beautifully furnished space tucked away in a little retail complex on Victor’s East Main Street and Maple Avenue, The Soup Spoon offers a minimalist menu of Asian fusion, mostly with Cambodian and Vietnamese influences. Pho is served in a few variations, along with spring rolls and other starters, salads, as well as the banh mi-like num pang. A large tea selection is available, hot or iced and freshly steeped.
