The Geneseo Symphony Orchestra with James Walker, Conductor, begins its fall season the program which includes the Hungarian March from “The Damnation of Faust” by Berlioz, the “Sleeping Beauty Suite” by Tchaikovsky and the Piano Concerto No. 1 in C by Beethoven, performed by Jonathan Gonder, professor of music at SUNY Geneseo. This will be Dr. Gonder’s seventh appearance as soloist with the GSO. We hope you will be able to attend.
