In celebration of Pilates Day, Jean Longchamps, PMA ® Certified Pilates Teacher Will give free 25 minute apparatus sessions throughout the day on May 3rd, 2014, and a 4 week mat class will be offered on the following four Saturdays mornings in May at 10am for the Pilates Day Special price of $20 for all 4 classes! First come first served. Space is limited. All sessions will take place in the Neighborhood of the Art
