Open enrollment for the New York State Health Insurance Marketplace has ended. However, you may qualify for a special enrollment period. Additionally, enrollment for Medicaid and the Essential Plan is year round. Register for one-on-one assistance with a Certified Application Counselor who can assist you in enrolling for health insurance. Appointments are for one hour. *Bring ID, the previous year’s tax return, four most recent pay-stubs, immigration or naturalization papers if applicable, and the social security numbers and birth dates of all family members.*
