Larry Marx, executive director of The Children's Agenda and an outspoken advocate for society's most vulnerable members, will receive the 2016 Hannah G. Solomon Humanitarian Award, given annually by the National Council of Jewish Women, Greater Rochester Section. Gina Horowitz, a past president of NCJW, GRS and dedicated member of the local section, has been selected "Woman of the Year."
