After debuting at BVT this Spring, Meters returns to BVT with all new films from around the world, ranging from 4 – 20 minutes in length. Last year's films included entries from the United States, the United Kingdom, Belgium, and France. All films are in the English language or have English subtitles. The Festival, whose mission is to support the work of talented and dedicated filmmakers and to share their work, strives to represent a generation of developing young filmmakers.
