TEDxFlourCity's first salon of 2015 will be held at Kodak Theatre on the Ridge (200 West Ridge Road) on Thursday, January 15, 6 p.m. to 8 p.m., and features a set speakers from Rochester's Latino community. The event's theme is "La Voz: The Power of the Latino Voice," and is co-presented by the Rochester Latino Theatre Company and La Cumbre/Latinos United for Progress.

The salon's lineup includes Mauricio Riveros, executive vice president of The Pike Company; Melissa Campos, vice president of operations and instruction for Dale Carnegie Rochester Office; executive coach and leadership development consultant Luis Martinez; Carmelo Ramos, alternative healthcare practitioner and integrated medicine specialist for the Jewish Home of Rochester; and WXXI news reporter and producer Michelle Faust. Communication coach Andrea Holland will be the Mistress of Ceremony.
