Laughing Yoga

Laughter Yoga is a unique class that blends laughter exercises with yogic breathing, which brings more oxygen to the body and brain making one feel more energetic. The simple laughter exercises help people to Laugh for No Reason, so we don’t have to rely on humor or jokes. Laughter is the universal language...it has no accent, thus Laughter Yoga cuts through and crosses all barriers: age, gender, language, race, religion.
