Presented by the Institute for Creative Music and the Harley School, “Jammin’ at the Commons” celebrates inclusiveness and exploration and will feature live and streaming performances from musicians in Argentina, Germany, and throughout the United States. This concert will build on previous projects done by students and Teaching Artists in IfCM workshops at area schools including Harley and the Rochester School of the Arts. Student musicians from around the city will gather for songwriting sessions and rehearsals leading up to the concert directed by IfCM Teaching Artists Chris Teal and Mike Kaupa.
