Iroquois White Corn Cooking Class

A hands-on series of three cooking classes featuring Ganondagan’s traditional Iroquois White Corn. This is a nutritious heirloom seed dating back at least 1,400 years and still central to healthy lives and healthy communities of the Haudenosaunee (Iroquois) people. You will learn about its importance, how to work with the corn to help prepare a tasty and healthy meal, then gather together to enjoy the food you've prepared.
