Join us for a very basic introduction to tapestry weaving with a simple lesson on basket or plain weave and an emphasis on texture, fringe, and pattern. This is not an introduction to European tapestry woven prior to the twentieth century. Small retro wall-hangings, coasters and mini textiles will most likely be your finished piece.
