Intro to Yoga 101: Beginner Basics

When: Sun., Feb. 7, 9-10:45 a.m. 2016

In this beginner level class, Students will be provided with a solid foundation with introduction to the basic fundamental yoga postures, the principles of alignment, modifications, breathing techniques and overall personal awareness. Students will be oriented to yoga props, basic terminology, and more. We have a fully stocked prop room so no need to bring a mat unless you want to. Just bring yourself, and leave your worries at the door. No previous yoga experience necessary.
