Diners can choose from a base of three tacos, a burrito, a burrito bowl, a salad, or chili, then add meat or veggies, and finally pile on the toppings, including cilantro-lime rice, black or pinto beans, salsa, sour cream, guacamole, and more. The restaurant offers seating for up to 60 people (you can watch your food being prepared in the open kitchen), or takeout service. Hot Rosita’s is open for lunch weekdays only.
