We welcome our featured Speaker - Award-winning Director and Acclaimed filmmaker U Roberto Romano, (The Darker Side of Chocolate) who has devoted his life to ending the abuse of children in the fields. Mr. Romano is an engaging speaker with a fiery passion and a creative wit. Each year there are over 400,000 American children who are torn away from their friends, schools and homes to pick the foods we eat.The Harvest/La Cosecha follows three of these migrant farmworker children as they follow the harvest.
