Join the Lower Falls Foundation for a Guided Hike on the Genesee Riverway Trail (GRT). Part 1: The History and Importance of the Genesee River. This tour will include educational stops along the trail highlighting the history and ecology of the GRT. Participants will also enjoy beautiful views of the Genesee River and Lower Falls Gorge. The walk is just over 6 miles, with a few stairs and uphill inclines, although not many. Walk begins at Maplewood Park, ends at Ontario Beach Park.
