As we approach the end of another year, we shall celebrate with foods from the “end of the earth.” In France, the Breton region known as Finistère is a place between land and sea. We will explore classic, comforting Breton recipes sure to fortify us for the cold beginning to the year ahead. This series will focus on cooking techniques and will be highlighted by wines from Constellation Brands, as well as Tim O'Connor and Ralph Pennino's collections.
