When: Tuesdays, Thursdays, 1-2 & 2-3 p.m. Continues through June 19 2014
FREE program that provides people with early to mid-stage dementia and their caregivers an opportunity to exercise with others in a safe, nurturing environment. It includes aerobic exercise, strength conditioning, balance and visual training techniques under the instruction of Certified Personal Trainers. The cornerstones of this program are consistency, patience and enjoyment.
