This conversation invites adults to discuss the ways in which New Yorkers were early and passionate stewards of the environment and how we continue to grapple with finding a responsible balance between using and protecting our natural resources. This conversation uses an excerpt of Gifford Pinchot's "The Fight for Conservation" as a starting point for discussion around environmental stewardship in the twenty-first century.
