Beginner- Intermediate This class will strengthen your body and mind with a focused intention for each class. This will challenge your body and check in on your alignment by holding poses for longer periods. We will also be practicing inversions, building strength in the mind, and focus on the breath to move you deeper into the asana. This class is great for beginners as it will focus on correct alignment with variations as needed-
