A lecture by Mary Jean Welser. Apples are embedded in our history, from the Roman Empire to the time when the first apple trees were brought to the new world and up to today when we remember our favorite varieties. Ms. Welser will discuss the history and uses of apples and invite participants to share stories of their memories and experiences with apples.
