Each month Rochester Brainery and Lento team up to offer a themed class and dinner combo we like to call 3rd Wednesday with Leno! Our theme for the month of August? Craft Cocktails! Join us from 6:30pm-7:30pm at Rochester Brainery as Tim, Lento's bar manager, teaches us how to make ginger syrup and use it within a variety of cocktails. He will also talk about using seasonal fruits/herbs in cocktails and classic pairings.
