Participants select favorite books and create 3-D sculptures based on the titles or themes of those books. They are made from cakes, sculpted fruits and vegetables, chocolate, macaroni and any other edible items. This is a free event with great prizes and food demos, it is also a great way to advertise for your food establishment as well.
