The 2014 Rochester Bicycle Film Festival is pleased to feature Douglas Mackinnon's The Flying Scotsman, based on the life and career of Scottish amateur cyclist Graeme Obree. The film covers the period of Obree's life that saw him take, lose, and then retake the world one-hour distance record. Our feature film will be accompanied this year by an expanded selection of bicycle short films, including two by local filmmakers.
